摘    要:当前产品设计领域中 ,如何有效组织和处理建模过程中复杂信息的传递和转化是成本建模研究的关键问题。论文研究了成本全信息模型 ,分析了成本模型的基因表达 ,提出了基于基因工程原理的信息传递和转化表达方法 ,在成本建模过程中实现了建模技术智能化 ,开发了相应的软件并在工程应用中得到验证 ,实现了建模过程的高效性、可靠性和通用性 ,为设计师提供一个强有力的成本决策支持工具。

Abstract:At present,how to deal with the expression,transfer and transformation of design information efficiently is the key problem of the researches on cost modeling in the field of product design.In this article,the cost whole information model is established,gene expression of cost model is analyzed,transfer and transformation methods of design information during cost modeling are provided based on gene engineering,product cost intellectualized modeling is realized successfully.And the relative software CAPCMS based on the technique for product cost modeling is developed and proved by the example of an excavator boom,the efficiency,reliability and flexibility of product cost modeling are realized compared with formerly researches.The software has a good commercial foreground as a tool for cost decision support system which is provided for designers.
