基于价值分析的装配尺寸链公差可靠性优化分配

讨论了公差与制造成本之间的关系，同时从概率设计的角度提出了装配尺寸链可靠度的概念及设计方法。建立了以总制造成本为目标函数，装配尺寸可靠度为约束条件的装配尺寸链优化 设计数学模型，实例设计结果表明这里提出的公差分配方法较传统方法更科学，准确。

The reliablity optimal distributing tolerance of assemble dimensional chain on the basis of value analysis

In this paper,the relationship between tolerance and manufacturing cost is discussed,and the concept of reliability and the computation method of assemble dimensional chain are presented according to the probability design theory.Also,the mathematical model of the assemble dimensional chain's reliability optimal distributing tolerance is established,taking the gross manufacuring cost as objective function and the assemble dimensional chain reliability as restraint.The result of the example shows that the method of distributing tolerance presented in this paper is more scientific and more accurate than the traditional one.
