我国铁路钢轨断裂事故分析及其影响因素

摘    要:对钢轨伤损类型和原因进行了总结和探讨,同时选取几个典型的钢轨断裂事故进行了分析。分析结果表明:钢轨的断裂事故一般不是由单一因素引起的,而是多个因素共同作用的结果,这些因素包括钢轨制造方面的缺陷、焊接产生的缺陷、低温和交变荷载等,其低温和焊缝在钢轨断裂事故的发生中起着比较显著的作用,需要在钢轨的设计分析中充分重视并加以研究。

Abstract:Steel track has the function of both supporting and guiding the trains in railroad projects Among all kinds of fracture styles have happened, fracture produces the most severe damage and happens usually. This paper summarizes the styles of steel track damage and discusses the relative reasons. Furtherly several samples are selected to discuss the steel track fracture accident. The result shows that steel track fracture is not commonly caused by a single factor and is often due to the combination of several factors. These factors include disfigurements in steel track caused in manufacture, bugs due to welding, low temperature, variational loading and etc. Among these factors, low temperature and welding have remarkable influences on steel track fracture accidents and are needed to be emphasized in the design and research.
