辽河稠油减阻实验研究

摘    要:通过对江河稠油减阻实验研究结果进行全面的分析,探讨了减阻技术应用于辽河稠油管道输送的可行性.实验结果表明,对江河稠油加入30~60μg/g的EP减阻剂,其减阻率其减阻率可达到7.5%左右,增输率在4.4%左右;减阻率随减阻剂添加量的增加而增加,但减阻剂浓度达到一定后,减阻率提高缓慢;在管径相同的条件下,减阻效果随着雷诺数的提高而增加;在相同的加药量和雷诺数的条件下,随着管径减小,减阻效果有所增加.

Abstract:The feasibility of application of drag reduction technlogy to pipeline transportation of Liaoheheavy crude oil was discussed through comprehnsire analyses of the results of drag reduction experiments forLiaohe heavy crude oil. Experimental results showed that drag reducing agent of EP was added with in30~ 60μg/g to Liaohe heavy oil, giving a 7.5% drag reducing rate and 4.4% increasing throughout.The drag reducing rate was increased with the growth in the amount of added agent within a certain limitbut the rate became less pronounced beyond that limit. For the same pipe diameter, the drag reducing effi-ciency increases with the increase of Reynold's number; Under the same added agent and Reynold's num-ber, the efficiency increases with reduction of pipe diameter.
