晶体结构对LaGaO3基固体电解质电性能的影响

摘    要:用Raman光谱和直流四电极法分别研究了La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.9Mg0.1O2.9(LSGM1010),LaGa0.8Mg0.2O2.9(LMG20)和La0.8Sr0.2Gao2.9(LSG20)的晶体结构和离子电导率。Raman分析显示LSGM1010和LGM20具有对称性较高的菱方钙钛矿结构,而LSG20具有低对称性的斜方钙钛矿结构.电性能测试发现LSGM1010和LGM20有相近的离子电导率,而且都比LSG20在相同的温度下高近一个量级。结构分析发现在掺杂LaGaO3中高对称性的晶体结构有利于获得高的离子电导率。在光电子能谱(XPS)分析的基础上对产生这种现象的物理原因进行了解释。

Abstract:The crystal structure and ionic conductivity of La_ 0.9Sr_ 0.1Ga_ 0.9Mg_ 0.1O_ 2.9 (LSGM1010), LaGa_ 0.8Mg_ 0.2O_ 2.9 (LGM20) and La_ 0.8Sr_ 0.2GaO_ 2.9 (LSG20) were investigated by Raman spectroscopy and dc four_probe, respectively. Raman analysis demonstrats that LSGM1010 and LGM20 are rhombohedral structure while LSG20 is orthorhombic structure. Electrical measurement results show that LSGM1010 and LGM20 have similar ionic conductivity, and both of their conductivities are almost one order of magnetitude higher than that of LSG20 under same temperature. The results strongly indicate that high crystal symmetry in doped LaGaO_3 is preferable for high ionic conductivity. An attempted explanation was established to illustrate this interesting phenomenon based on XPS analysis.
