| 摘 要： | 通过测定施胶和涂布后纸张的表面强度、油墨吸收性及接触角,分析了硅溶胶对施胶和涂布纸张表面强度、油墨吸收性和抗水性的影响。结果表明,随着硅溶胶用量的增加,施胶和涂布纸张的表面强度均先上升,达到最高点后下降;而油墨吸收性和抗水性均随着硅溶胶用量的增加而下降。

| Abstract: | The applications of industrial colloid silica in surface sizing and coating process were studied in the article.The surface strength,ink absorbency and water resistance of the paper were analyzed by measuring picking velocity,absorbability of ink and contact angle.The optimum application condition of colloid silica in paper coating and surface sizing process was obtained.Surface strength of the paper increased firstly,and then decreased;while ink absorbency and water resistance decreased gradually,with the dosage of colloid silica increasing gradually.The applications of colloid silica improved the print quality of the paper. |
