Using the Spirit ofISO9000 to Optimize Supply Chain Management

In view of modern enterprise's competitive environment and famous foreign enterprise's experiences, the importance and specific methods of using the eight management principles of ISO9000 to optimize supply chain management are put forward.It is pointed out that in the 21 st century enterprises should gain their competitive edges through reinforcing their alignment with the retailers,the wholesalers,manufacturers and suppliers on the supple chain.In this way enterprises can cut down on the supply chain cost substantially and thus well satisfy customers' demands,enlarge their market share greatly and enhance the competitive capacity.The key for the enterprises to achieve this goal lies in using the spirit of ISO9000 to optimize the supply chain consistently.
