ZCGS浸入式水口材料与钢中Al_2O_3反应性能的研究

摘    要:通过对ZCGS(Zr02一Ca0一C-Si02)材料的热力学分析,选用了以ZCGS材质为内壁与Al2O3-C基体制成复合浸入式水口,经现场工业试验表明,对要求钢中酸溶A1较高的优质低合金16MnReL钢进行浇铸时,该复合浸入式水口具有良好的抗Al2O3沉积效果,能够满足铝镇静钢及优质低合金钢多炉连铸的要求。

Abstract:Compound submerged nozzle has been made from ZCGS material as the internal wall and Al2O3-C material as the hasal body, through thermodynamical analysis to ZCGS (ZrO_2--CaO--SiO_2 ) material. Through industrial spot tests it has been indicated that compound submerged nozzle possesses of satisfactory result to A1_2O_3 sedimentation resisting during casting high quality lowalloy steel, 16MnReL,to contain higher quantity of acid solubility aluminium and it can satisfy the requirement of back to back casting for aluminium killed steels and high quality low-alloy steels.
