不同类型SBS对改性沥青技术性能的影响

对埃索AH—90号沥青，分别掺人相同剂量不同种类、不同牌号的SBS，按照相同的加工工艺制备SBS改性沥青，通过技术指标试验来分析SBS类型和牌号对SBS改性沥青性能的影响。结果表明：不仅不同种类的SBS对同一种基质沥青会有不同的改性效果，而且同一类型不同牌号的SBS对同一种基质沥青也会有不同的改性效果。无论是线型还是星型SBS，用于改性沥青的嵌段比不宜超过40／60。

EFFECT OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF SBS ON SBS MODIFIED ASPHALT PERFORMANCE

SBS modified asphalts were prepared through adding different types and different brands of SBS into Esso AH-90 asphalt at same dosage and same processing condition, and their effects on modified asphalt performance were analyzed via technical indexes. The results showed that not only SBS modified asphalt performances with different types of SBS were different, but the effects of different brands of same type SBS were also different. In order to get super SBS modified asphalt, the S/B ratio of SBS should not be higher than 40/60 for either branched SBS or linear SBS.
