摘    要:文章所设计的地下商城停车场无人值守智能机器人,是一个集路径识别、信息决策和多级辅助驾驶、烟气识别、火灾识别、报警喷水、通信等功能于一体的机电一体化装置,综合运用了计算机、传感器、通讯、人工智能及自主控制等技术。系统以飞思卡尔半导体公司提供的16位单片机9S12XS128为控制核心,由单片机模块、电源模块、传感器检测模块、直流电机驱动模块、舵机控制模块、通信模块等组成,可以实现智能车在给定黑色轨迹线的引导下自主、快速、稳定的运行。烟气传感器检测到火灾状况后报警并通过无线通信给主控室,主控室控制相应的喷水装置灭火。该控制系统运用于实际现场中技术指标达到了设计要求,有一定的推广意义和实际使用价值。

Abstract:A. intelligent robot used in parking lot of underground mall with functions such as route recognition, information processing, smoke identification, alarming, water spraying and communication was designed with technologies of computer, sensor, communication, artificial intelligence and automation control. With Freeseale 16 bit single -chip MC9S12XS128 as the control microprocessor, the system contains modules of MCU, power, sensor, DC machine drive, steering engine control and communication. The intelligent vehicle can run fast along the given black line automatically and steadily. If the smoke sensor detects fire, the system will alarm and wirelessly communicate to the control room, notifying the corresponding sprinkler to eliminate fire. The practical application results show that the technical specifications of the system have reached the design requirements.
