| 摘 要： | 介绍了燕山分公司炼油厂润滑油基础油生产的实际情况，从环保、经济效益、质量等方面，对白土精制、液相脱氮-白土精制（L-Bt）、液相脱氮-BLS-X100吸附剂精制（L-BLS）三种脱氮工艺应用效果进行了分析，指出L-BLS工艺在保证基础油质量不降低的情况下，能够取得更好的环保效益和经济效益，是一条成功的技术路线。

| Abstract: | The lube base oil production in Refinery of Yanshan Petrochemical Company is expounded and the commercial application of the three denitrogenation processes: clay treating, liquid phase denitrogenationclay treating (L-Bt) , and liquid phase denitrogenation-BLS-X100 adsorbent treating (L-BLS) is analyzed in the light of environmental protection, economical benefits and product quality. It is pointed out that L-BLS process is a successful technology route, with which better benefits of environmental protection and economy can be obtained without quality decrease of lube base oil. |
