| 摘 要： | 探讨一种棉纤维短绒率的测试方法.分析了棉纤维短绒率的传统测试方法及其测试原理,介绍了一种快速测试棉纤维短绒率的方法,通过对其关键技术的保证,以及不同校准条件下机器测试的两种结果与国家标准值、手扯检测结果的相关性分析,试验证明:该装置在两种校准状态下所测试结果的相关性很强,但用不同的校准方法(校准值不同)校准后,测试数据有一定差异.认为:该方法只需用国家标准棉样标准值校准机器后,就可以快速、准确地测试棉纤维短绒率.
