摘    要:利用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,分别对4种具有不同表面形态(光滑、凹坑形、柔性与光滑耦合、柔性与凹坑耦合)的试件的耐冲蚀性能进行了三维数值模拟,计算出冲蚀磨损过程中等效应力的变化情况,并与试验结果进行了对比.结果表明,数值模拟的试件耐冲蚀顺序依次为:柔形与凹坑耦合>柔形与光滑耦合>凹坑形态>光滑形态,该结果与...

Abstract:The anti-erosion effects of different surface morphologies and their combinations were investigated by three dimensional finite element simulation using ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The surface morphologies include smooth surface, surface with concave units, flexibility and smoothness, and coupling flexibility and concave.
