摘    要:根据对上海汽轮机厂生产的300MW引进型机组的调研情况,结合外高桥发电厂1号机组实际运行和检修情况,从安全性和经济性两方面分析了制约大修周期延长的基本因素。通过分析比较和有针对性地对检修级别和检修内容的调整,以及优化检修工作的逐步开展和机组性能优化管理系统(OPM)的充分应用,使1号机组的大修周期从4年延长到6年在安全性和经济性方面得到保证,并提出需进一步加强的工作。

Abstract:According to the investigation and research on the 300 MW imported type unit manufactured by Shanghai Turbine Co., Ltd., and combining the operation and maintenance condition of the No.1 unit of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Power Generation Co., Ltd., the primary factors restricting the overhaul interval extension of the units are analyzed in the aspects of safety and economy. Through analytic comparison and adjustment of maintenance level and contents, and after the implementation of optimization maintenance and the full application of Optimal Performance Management System (OPM), the overhaul interval of the No.1 unit was extended from 4 years to 6 years, while the safety and economy of the unit were ensured. The work needing further efforts is also put forward.
