| Abstract: | The university counselors are frontline organizers and the educators for the student ideological and political work, playing special roles of instructing students in their overall development in morality, intellectual and physical education during the sehcol period. The university counselors are the organizational guarantee for strengthening and improving the university student ideological and political education work. This article analyzes the present problems in university counselors construction, and proposes several suggestions on how to solve these problems. |
