铝电解质初晶温度和电导率数学模型的研究

摘    要:测定了铝电解质的初晶温度和电导率,求出了一个范围较宽的初晶温度的数学模型。并根据工业铝电解的实际情况,分四段求出了其电解质的电导率数学模型。分析讨论了各因素对铝电解质初晶温度和电导率的影响,并求出了其等值图。

Abstract:The liquidus temperature and conductivity of electrolyte in aluminium electrolysis were determined. And a mathematical model of five-factor quadratic regression equation about liquidus temperature in a larger range was derived. The mathematical model of six-factor linear regression equation about conductivity on the basis of aluminium electrolysis practice was derived in four stages. The effect of each factor on liquidus temperature and conductivity has been analysed and discussed. The isogram of liquidus temperature was drawn.
