| 摘 要： | 以小鼠为实验动物，测定其未受噪声暴露和在经过噪声暴露（未给服药物，给服黄芪，维生素等药物）后肝脏中的DNA、RNA含量，研究噪声对小鼠生理生化指标的影响情况及药物防治效果，结果表明，噪声使小鼠肝DNA，RNA含量低于对照组，给服药物可以起到抵抗噪声的效果。

| Abstract: | To investigate the influences of noise on physiological/biochemical indexes and the effects of anti noise medicine, we divided experimental mice into non-noise exposure group and noise exposure groups (including non medicine groups and medicine groups) and examine the contents of DNA and RNA in their liver. The results show that noise exposure induced the contents of DNA and RNA in mice liver lower than that of the controlled group, and anti noise medicine exhibits effects on noise resisting. |
