摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法在医用NiTi形状记忆合金表面制备了含磷TiO2薄膜,原子力显微镜(AFM)分析表明,薄膜由微米级颗粒堆积而成,薄膜表面均匀平滑,通过阳极极化曲线测试对NiTi合金基体及其表面镀有含磷TiO2膜后在模拟体液中的腐蚀行为进行了研究,结果表明,含磷TiO2膜可作为NiTi合金的表面保护膜,使其抗腐蚀性显著提高,体外生物活性测试表明,含磷TiO2薄膜在模拟体液中能够诱导Ca,P沉积,具有一定的生物活性。

Abstract:TiO 2 thin films containing phosphorus were prepared by sol-gel method in order to further improve the biocompatibility of NiTi surgical alloy. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) analyses indicate that the films, packed by micrometer_sized particle, are uniform and smooth. The corrosion behavior of NiTi alloy with the surface coated film and non_treated samples were investigated in Tyrode's biological solution by anodic polarization curves measurement. The results indicate that the corrosion resistance of NiTi alloy is improved due to the protective film on the surface. In vitro the bioactivity in simulated body fluid (SBF) was tested and the surface compositions was analyzed by XPS. The results show that the films can induce Ca, P deposition on the surface. It is therefore suggested that sol-gel_derived TiO 2 films containing P can be used to improve the corrosion resistance and bioactivity of NiTi alloy.
