广西某铅锌锑多金属硫化矿无碱度浮选分离工艺研究

摘    要:针对广西某铅锑锌多金属硫化矿石进行了弱磁选—铅锑优先浮选工艺研究。闭路试验结果表明,采用该工艺对该铅锑锌多金属硫化矿石进行选别,在原矿含Pb 2.27%、Sb 1.98%、Zn 13.43%情况下,获得了含Pb 27.61%、Sb 23.76%、Zn 5.47%的铅锑精矿,铅回收率89.09%,锑回收率88.78%。与丁铵黑药药剂制度指标相比,铅锑精矿的铅锑品位分别提高了2.1和0.95个百分点,Pb和Sb回收率分别提高了2.76和3.65个百分点,锌回收率降低了1.57个百分点。与现场药剂制度指标相比,铅锑精矿铅锑品位分别提高了1.56和0.45个百分点,Pb和Sb回收率分别提高了2.85和2.61个百分点,锌回收率降低了1.14个百分点。

Abstract:Through the combination of weak magnetic separation and lead-antimony flotation in a lead-antimony-zinc polymetallic sulfide mine in Guangxi, excellent flotation indexes were obtained. To deal with the complex lead-antimony-zinc sulfide ore containing Pb 2.28 %, Sb 1.98 %, Zn 13.43%, closed-circuit tests indicated that was conducted, lead grade and recovery were 27.61% and 89.09%, respectively, and antimony grade and recovery were 23.76% and 88.78%, respectively, in lead-antimony concentrate with 5.47% zinc. Compared with the flotation indexes with ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate, the grade of lead(Pb) and antimony(Sb) have increased by 2.10% and 0.95% respectively, while the recovery of Pb and Sb have increased by 2.76% and 3.65% respectively, zinc recovery rate reduced by 1.57%. Compared with the flotation indexes on-site process, the grade of lead(Pb) and antimony(Sb) have increased by 1.56% and 0.45% respectively, while the recovery of Pb and Sb have increased by 2.85% and 2.61% respectively, zinc recovery rate reduced by 1.14%.
