老挝某难选金选矿试验研究

摘    要:老挝某金矿中金品位为4.12g/t,金主要赋存在黄铁矿等硫化矿中,属于一种难处理的氧硫混合型矿石。为高效回收该矿石中的金,开展了详细的选矿试验研究。对浮选条件进行逐级优化,确定了最佳的作业参数。通过对原矿进行“一粗三精四扫”,扫选部分中的三个中矿合并再磨并进行“一粗三精三扫”的全闭路流程试验,获得了金品位为32.16g/t,回收率为57.06%的金精矿1;及金品位为31.48g/t,回收率为24.37%的金精矿2;得到了总回收率为81.43%的金精矿,且尾矿中金品位仅为0.85g/t,金的损失较小,取得了较为满意的生产指标。

Abstract:The gold grade in a gold mine in Laos is 4.12g/t, and the gold mainly occurs in sulphide ores such as pyrite, which is a kind of refractory oxygen-sulfur mixed ore. In order to efficiently recover gold from the ore, detailed beneficiation tests were carried out. The flotation conditions were optimized step by step and the best operation parameters were determined. Through the process of "one roughing, three cleaning and four scavenging", the three middling ores in the scavenging part were combined and reground and the complete closed-circuit process test of "one roughing, three cleaning and three scavenging" was carried out. Gold concentrate 1 with gold grade of 32.16g/t and recovery of 57.06% was obtained. And gold concentrate 2 with gold grade of 31.48g/t and recovery of 24.37%; A gold concentrate with a total recovery of 81.43% was obtained, and the grade of gold in tailings was only 0.85g/t. The gold loss was small, and a relatively satisfactory production index was obtained.
