岳阳电厂气力输灰系统改造调试及分析

摘    要:岳阳电厂旧输灰系统原设计为带低压气力连续泵的外旁通管和水力除灰联合的飞灰处理系统,运行多年来系统存在诸多问题,采用双套管紊流输灰技术进行了改造。分析了设计改造调试过程中存在的设备选型、系统设计优化问题并提出了改进方法。根据双套管系统特点对其原理、操作参数调整变化进行了说明。此系统为紊流浓相输送,其输灰管独特结构基本避免了输灰过程中的输灰管堵塞。实践证明该系统运行效果良好,经济性安全性上有明显提高。

Abstract:The previous ash conveying system in Yueyang Power Plant was a fly-ash handling system designed to be the combination of outer- bypass pipe with low-pressure pneumatic continuous pump and hydraulic system. There are many problems during the operation for years. The turbulent double-pipe ash conveying technology was used to retrofit the system and several relative problems were introduced, such as equipment selection, system design and optimization etc. Based on the features of this double-pipe system, the working principle and variation of operation parameters were discussed. This system is turbulent dense-phase conveying, and the specially designed delivery ash pipe can prevent the blockage during ash conveying. The application results show that this system is of better operation effects, in addition, the economy and safety have been improved effectively.
