基于AVL Excite Designer的WD615柴油机曲轴轴承润滑性能研究

摘    要:在分析柴油机曲柄连杆机构动力学行为和曲轴轴承的动态润滑的基础上,建立该系统的动力学与流体动力润滑耦合的动力学分析模型。利用AVL Excite Designer动力学分析软件,以WD615柴油机八平衡块曲轴为研究对象,通过对其主轴承和连杆轴承油膜压力进行计算分析研究,从而得出这种算法对柴油机曲轴轴承设计具有指导意义。

Abstract:On the base of analyzing crank-connecting rod mechanism dynamic behavior and crankshaft bearing dynamic lubrication of diesel engine,the paper establishes the dynamic analysis model that couples dynamics with hydrodynamic lubrication of the system.By using AVL Excite Designer dynamic analysis software it researches the WD615 diesel engine eight balanced block crankshaft,calculates and analyzes main bearings and connecting rod bearing oil film pressure and gets the conclusion that this algorithm can guide the design of diesel engine crankshaft.
