氮气泡沫液洗井工艺在SZ36—1油田修井中的应用及评价

摘    要:对氮气泡沫液洗井工艺在渤海SZ36-1油田修井中的应用实践进行了总结。与地层水洗井方式相比,用氮气泡沫液洗井可显著减少地层漏失、缩短洗井时间。氮气泡沫液洗井工艺在油层保护方面具有明显的优越性和良好的应用前景。氮气泡沫液洗井会增大海管压力,这是氮气泡沫液洗井工艺推广应用中需要探索、解决的问题,应开展通过增加泡沫液稳定性缓解或降低泡沫液对海管的影响方面的研究。氮气泡沫液洗井工艺在SZ36-1油田修井中的应用只是一次初步的实践,在此基础上,还应加强氮气泡沫液对管壁的清洗效果及对油气层的伤害、氮气泡沫液的携砂能力、氮气泡沫液的防漏失性能和在海上油田应用工艺流程优化等方面的研究。

Abstract:The paper makes a summary to the application of Nitrogen foam fluid well-washing technology in the workover in the SZ 36-1 oilfield.Contrasting with formation water well-washing,the Nitrogen foam fluid wellwashing can decrease definitely the loss of water and shorten the well-washing time.And the technology has the obvious advantage and good application prospect in protection of oil formation.Increase of the pressure of oil-transmission pipeline is a problem which should be studied and solved in the spread and application of the technology.And the study should be carried out to reduce the influence of Nitrogen foam fluid to pipeline by increasing the fluid stability.The application of the technology in SZ 36-1 oilfield is only a primary practice.On this basis,the further studies should be conducted in the aspects of the washing effects to pipe wall,damages to oil formation,carrying capacity,leak resistance of the Nitrogen foam fluid and its application procedure optimization for offshore oilfield,etc.
