基于MCGS组态软件的煤矿安全监控系统

本文针对煤矿井下的安全生产管理,提出基于MCGS组态软件的煤矿安全监控系统,采集煤矿生产现场的实时数据,以实时报表、实时曲线、历史曲线和图形动画的形式进行发布,提供报警信息,确保生产安全进行。经工业现场运行证明,软件稳定可靠、性能良好、便于操作,能够及时提供动态信息,减少人工干预工作。该系统对中小型煤矿有着良好的应用前景。

Colliery Safety Monitoring System Based on MCGS Configuration Software

In view of the safety production management underground coal mine, the paper suggests a safety monitoring system for coal mine based on MCGS configuration software, collecting real-time data of coal mine, annunciatine real-time charts, real-time and historical curves as well as moving drawings and alarm information to ensure the security of production. Its application in the industrial site shows that the software is reliable, stable, good-performance, and is easy to operate, so that it can provide dynamic information and reduce manual interposition. The system has a splendid future for both medium and small coal mines.
