摘 要: | 采用本体聚合法,在非溶剂体系下液态丁二烯、环氧树脂和聚酯型聚氨基甲酸酯预聚体通过接枝、交联,生成了一种高强度的柔性修补胶,用于橡胶覆盖面的输送带的破损修复和其它橡胶制品的修补,克服了溶剂型产品对环境的污染和操作人员的身体伤害。

Development and Application of a Non-Solvent Repairing Adhesive for Conveyer Belts |

Abstract: | By mass polymerization ,using liquid bivinyl ,epoxy resin and polyester-polyurethane prepolymer, a high strength flexible repairing adhesive was synthesized through grafting and crossing in non- solvent system.It can repair conveyer belts covered with rubber and other material made of rubber.It does no harm to the enviroment and the operator while the solvent products do. |
