摘    要:本文以定量分析利福平中正丁醇为例,介绍利用GC-MS-MID法定量分析混合物中的微量组份.此法优越于常规的色谱法,具有高灵敏度、准确、快速等优点,在工业生产和科研上能显示出这种方法的实用性.同时文章也给出了检测过程中的注意事项.

Abstract:The paper aims to introduce how the GC-MS-MID methods work throughquantitative analysis of microconstituents of mixture,taking the quantitative analysisof H_3C-CH_2-CH_2-CH_2OH in RFP as an example.The methods are superiorto the common methods of coloured band and have the advantages of high sensi-tivity,high accuracy and high-speed.The paper also shows us the practicability (?)the new way in industrial production and scientific study.And some necessury pre-cautions during test are also presented.
