快速锁紧机构在地面雷达上的典型应用

摘    要:随着阵面结构技术的快速发展,天线阵面逐渐向大口径、轻薄化和高精度方向发展。这类天线阵面为满足高机动运输需求,设计中多通过分块设计和现场拼装的方式实现阵面快速重构。为保证阵面拼装后相互间具有良好的电连续及单元位置精度,设计中多通过在分块阵面间布置快速锁紧机构实现阵面的快速精确锁紧。文中从锁紧机构的结构形式、工作方式、适用阵面等多个方面详细介绍了地面雷达中常见的几种快速锁紧机构及其改进形式。对这些锁紧机构进行深入研究可为快速锁紧机构的优化设计及其在其他领域的推广应用提供基础。

Abstract:With the rapid development of array structure technology, the antenna array is gradually developing towards larger aperture, lighter weight and higher accuracy. In order to meet the needs of high mobility transportation, the antenna array is often divided into parts and the parts are assembled on site to achieve rapid erection. In order to ensure good electrical continuity and good position accuracy of antenna elements between the parts of the antenna array, a quick locking mechanism is usually set up between the parts to achieve quick and accurate locking. Details of several kinds of quick locking mechanisms and their improved forms commonly used in ground-based radar are introduced in this paper from the perspectives of structure, working mode and applicable array type. In-depth studies of these locking mechanisms can provide a basis for their optimization design and application in other fields.
