制定光学公差中的MTF应用

摘    要:应用 MTF来制定光学公差适合于大象差光学系统。MTF对结构参数的微分能够反映公差对成象质量的影响。 MTF与制造误差间的关系一般为非线性 ,本文进行了适当的处理把非线性问题转化为线性。在大批量生产中 ,制造误差近似服从正态统计规律 ,MTF也近似服从正态分布 ,因而得出了传函方差与制造误差方差之间关系式。又用实际生产的镜头为例 ,验证了上述理论与方法的正确性

Abstract:It is suitable for systems with large aberrations to formulate their optical tolerances using the MTF The differentiation of MTF with respect to structural parameters can reflect the respective effects of tolerances to the image quality The relationship between the MTF and the manufacturing errors is generally nonlinear A method is devised to handle the nonlinearity problem The linear expression obtained can be used in deriving the tolerances In mass production, manufacturing errors obey the law of normal distribution The MTF errors also approximately obey the normal distribution The relationship between the MTF variance and manufacturing errors' variance in optical system is given An example of lens products in practical production is given, reflecting appropriateness of the given theory and method
