壬基酚磺酸聚醚的合成研究

摘    要:用壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-7)与浓硫酸直接磺化得到壬基酚磺酸聚醚,研究了反应温度、滴加时间、保温时间,磺化剂用量对磺化度的影响。结果表明,当反应温度为45℃,滴加时间为70min,保温时间为2h时,磺化度最大。当磺化剂浓硫酸用量增加时,磺化度显著变大。

Abstract:Sulfonated nonyl phenol polyoxyethylene was synthesized directly by reaction of nonyl phenol polyoxyethlene(OP-7) and concentrated H2SO4 It was investigated that the effects of reaction temperature , dripping time, reaction time and amount of H2SO4. It is showed that when reaction temperature is 45℃, dripping time keeps 70 min and reaction time keeps 2 h as well, the degree of sulfonation reaches the maximum under the condition of OP-7:H2SO=1:2. When amount of H2SO4 increases, the degree of sulfonation increases obviously.
