液压脉冲设备动态性能分析与仿真

摘    要:液压脉冲设备是用来对液压软管、导管组件进行冲击试验时,产生符合标准的脉冲波形。本文论述了液压脉冲设备的工作原理,采用集中参数法建立了增压式液压脉冲试验台的数学模型。通过将仿真结果与实际试验结果比较,验证了模型的可行性,并重点仿真研究了影响脉冲峰值和升率的因素。

Abstract:Hydraulic impulse testing equipment was used for producing standard shape of impulse trace when testing for hoses and tubing assemblies.According to its principle,the mathematical model based on concentrated parameters was described.The model was verified by comparing the results of tests with those of simulation.The factors affecting the peak pressure and rate of rise were particular studied.
