| 摘 要： | 通过对传统ＭＲＰⅡ系统的优点和缺点的分析，提出了以ＭＲＰ和ＯＰＴ为基础，以物料流控制为核心的一种生产计划与控制模型，它的一个要点在于把产品的制造过程看作物料的流动，企业的目标就是保证物料在整个企业的顺利流动。

| Abstract: | This article brings forward a kind of production scheduling and controlling model which is based on MRP and OPT and considers the controlling of material flow, through analysis of the strongpoint and shortcoming of traditional MRPII system. The key of the model is regarding the manufacturing process of a product as a material flowing. The target of enterprise is ensuring the smooth flow of the material in the whole enterprise. |
