流程程序分析与布置经路分析在生产物料搬运中的应用研究

对生产设施布置和生产物料搬运中突出的问题进行了研究,并结合某企业的实际情况,应用流程程序分析和布置经路分析方法,分析了企业中所存的主要问题,提出了改善方案和措施。通过改善前后的物料搬运距离、物料搬运、耗用工时等相关指标的对比,改善方案主要零部件加工时间减少近1/3,物料搬运量和距离减少近1/2,并解决了企业新增设备布置问题,降低了企业生产成本,提高了生产率。

The Application Research of Process Flow and Layout and Route Analysis in Production Material Handling

In this paper,the outstanding issues of production facilities layout and material handling were discussed,and an enterprise was taken as an example.Using the method of process flow analysis and layout and route analysis,the main issues in the enterprise was analyzed.The layout of new equipment was solved,by comparing the before and after improved related indicators such as material handling distance,material handling capacity,consumption of working hours,the processing time for the main components in the improvement was cut 1/3,and the material handing capacity and distance were decreased 1/2,and also production cost was cut down,productivity was increased.
