摘    要:介绍一种基于CAN总线的实验教学系统。该系统上位机总线适配器采用外接式,适配器与上位机通过RS232口连接,然后与下位机进行通信,使得系统配置灵活,安装方便而且成本低;另外,对底层回路的检测变送单元和执行器输入、输出仍为模拟信号,只有控制器与CAN总线进行数字通信,兼顾了模拟单回路调节形式和数字总线形式。实践证明,利用该系统完成学生过程控制的实验收到良好的效果。

Abstract:The lab teaching system based on CAN bus is introduced,with its adapter circumscribed to the high devices and high device via RS232 port of PC connected with adapter, which then communicates with low devices. Thus the whole system is made to work conveniently and flexibly. As for the system installation, low cost is ready. In terms of the detecting unit and the input executor connecting with bottom circuit as well as output, all is characterited by analog signals. Only the communications between the controller and CAN bus are digitalized in both forms of digital bus and analog unit's adjustment. Practice proves that students receive good outcome from this experiment system.
