酚醛树脂的绿色化研究

摘    要:评述了酚醛树脂的合成工艺、原材料及替代品等方面的绿色化研究进展。详细介绍了酚醛树脂替代品——酶催化合成聚酚的研究现状,并与酚醛树脂的传统生产方法进行了比较。提出了采用含醛基的天然高分子如淀粉为原料替代甲醛或采用酶催化合成聚酚树脂代替传统酚醛树脂可完全解决传统酚醛树脂在生产、使用过程中的甲醛污染问题;采用微波加热替代传统的加热方式,缩短了酚醛树脂的反应时间,减少了甲醛挥发量。

Abstract:The progress in the research on the synthesis technology, raw materials and products substitutions of green phenolic resin is surveyed. The detailed research status and progress method of polyphenol, products substitution of phenolic resin are introduced and compared with the traditional method for phenolic resin. It is suggested that the use of natural aldehyde group-containing polymer, such as starch, as the raw material instead of formaldehyde, or the use of enzymatic synthetic polyphenol resin instead of traditional phenolic resin could thoroughly solve the pollution of formaldehyde in the production and application of traditional phenolic resin. The use of microwave heating instead of traditional heating could cut down the reaction time of phenolic resin and reduce the volatilizing quantity of formaldehyde.
