利用苏州河底泥制备陶粒

摘    要:对苏州河底泥的化学成分、矿物成分等性能进行了分析,探索了以底泥为主要原料烧制粘土陶粒的工艺参数,分析了底泥原料及陶粒制品中有害成分的来源,并对其进行了定量的测试。结果表明:经适当的成分调整,利用苏州河底泥能烧制出700^#的粘土陶粒产品。经高温焙烧后,苏州河底泥中的重金属将大部分被固熔于陶粒中,不会对环境造成新的污染。

Abstract:The chemical and mineral composition of bottom sediment in Suzhou Creek was analysed. The technological parameter for sintering clay ceramisite by the use of bottom sediment as primary raw material was discussed. The origin of noxious constituents in sediment and ceramisite was explored, in the meantime, the quantitative analysis for noxious constituents was carried out. The results show: by the adjustment of elemental compositions of bottom sediment in Suzhou Creek 700 # clay ceramisite can be produced. By sintering the bottom sediment in Suzhou Creek, heavy metal contamination can be solidified in ceramisite, and the pollution of the environment will not happen.
