低压合成甲醇催化剂的工业侧线试验

摘    要:在0 25m3反应釜中,对QCM-01低压合成甲醇催化剂进行了工业放大试验。试验结果表明,产品性能达到了小试试样的水平。在此基础上进行了1000h的原粒度工业侧线试验,试验结果表明,中试产品的性能达到了国外MK101催化剂的水平。

Plant Side Stream Test of a Low Pressure Methanol Synthesis Catalyst
Abstract:The QCM-01 low pressure methanol synthesis catalyst was prepared with a pilot-plant reactor of 025 m3 in volume The obtained pilot plant catalyst showed good reproducibility to corresponding laboratory sample in initial activity,physical properties and chemical composition A test run of 1000 hours was carried out on a methanol plant side stream at Qilu Petrochemical Complex,Shandong province The catalyst was proved to have excellent low temperature activity,stability and selectivity Total content of impurities in end products was lower than 22×10-3 during the period of test ,with CO2 conversion reaching 20%~25% This catalyst can be used in low pressure and moderate pressure methanol synthesis processes
