麦草氧碱黑液中木素的提取及改性

摘    要:用盐酸分离出麦草氧碱黑液中的木素,用环氧丙烷(PO)在高温高压下使木素改性。由凝胶渗透色谱法和^1H-NMR谱图分析可知,麦草氧碱木素中醇羟基含量为7.07%,高于普通硫酸盐木素,经改性后的木素。其醇羟基含量进一步提高到10.10%,更加适合于聚氨酯的合成。

Abstract:Wheat straw oxygen alkali lignin (AOL) was precipitated from the oxygen alkali pulping black liquor by adding HCl and H AOL was synthesized from AOL and propylene oxide (PO) under high temperature and high pressure .The chemical properties of crude lignin,purified lignin and modified lignin were analyzed. It was found that the content of reactive function group,aliphatic hydroxyl (Alc OH) , in AOL was 7.07%,the content of Alc OH group in H AOL was higher (10.10%) and H AOL was more suitable for synthesizing polyurethane(PU).CODcr and color values were reduced significtantly after lignin had been precipitated.
