抽油机井系统效率方案优选及因素分析

摘    要:提高抽油机井系统效率是节能降耗的关键,但是在进行系统效率方案优选时,以公式为基础的单一指标评价标准不能突出因素的影响,因此,在考虑公式计算系统效率的同时,建立了定性与定量相结合的抽油机井系统效率模糊优选评价体系及因素分析体系,实现了单个因素的评估与对比,由此可直接发现抽油机井系统效率存在的问题。在理论与方法体系设计后,进行了五个方案的算例分析,发现本套方法评估结论与仅靠公式计算的评估结论有很大不同,在进行决策时,可参照两种方法的结果,使方案的优选和改进更加科学而准确。

Abstract:It is the key point to enhance the system effectiveness of pumping well for saving energy and reducing consume. The well pumping unit system efficiency optimization based on the single formula couldn't highlight the positive and negative level of the inner factors. Therefore, with considering the formula calculation of system efficiency, the evaluation system and the factor analysis system were founded, in which the qualitative and quantitative pumping unit system efficiency fuzzy optimization was combined. Consequently, the reason of the lower pumping unit system efficiency could be found directly. Based the theory and method system, five calculation examples were analyzed. The results indicated that the conclusion achieved by this evaluation method was very different with the conclusion achieved merely by formula. When decision-making, it is more rational and exact to optimize project according to the result of two methods.
