钛合金的激光表面处理研究进展

摘    要:介绍了钛合金的各种激光表面改性技术及其研究进展,讨论了激光表面改性处理工艺参数对钛合金性能的影响。并介绍了其应用前景。利用激光表面处理可克服钛合金硬度低、易发生粘着磨损等缺点,同时可提高其耐蚀性及抗高温氧化等性能。此外,利用脉冲激光沉积技术在改善钛合金的生物活性等方面也取得了好的结果。

Abstract:The research progress of laser surface treatment on titanium alloys was reviewed. The effect of laser processing parameters on the properties of titanium alloys was discussed and the application prospect of laser surface treatment on titanium alloys was introduced. Some disadvantages of titanium alloys, such as low hardness and easy adhesive wear, can be overcome and the corrosion and oxidation resistance of titanium alloys can be enhanced by laser surface treatment. The current situation of fabricating of hydroxyapatite films on titanium alloys by pulsed laser deposition technique was also introduced.
