| 摘 要： | 为初步了解菜籽饼能够提高烤烟品质的效用机理，通过田间试验，研究了不同施肥尤其是菜籽饼对烤烟根际微生物的影响。结果表明，施用菜籽饼对烤烟根际微生物促进最显著；但烟叶成熟期，较高的氨化及硝化细菌数量不利烟叶的成熟落黄。因此，在烤烟生产实践中，适时适量施用饼肥十分重要。

| Abstract: | In order to understand the mechanism why rapeseed cake application could improve the quality of flue-cured tobacco,a field experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of different fertilization,especially rapeseed cake on the microorganism in rhizosphere soil of flue-cured tobacco.The results showed that fertilization with rapeseed cake increased most significantly the amounts of microbes.However,too many ammonifying and nitrifying bacteria could impede the yellowing and maturity of tobacco leaves during maturity stage.It is important to apply cake fertilizer at proper time and in suitable rate to tobacco. |
