TiO2光催化降解黄药试验研究

摘    要:研究了正丁基黄药和异丁基黄药在二氧化钛悬浮液体系下的光催化降解行为。研究结果表明,异丁基黄药比正丁基黄药更容易降解。TiO2用量、溶液pH值、光催化时间、黄药浓度等因素影响黄药光催化降解效果。动力学研究表明正丁基黄药和异丁基黄药的光催化降解行为服从一级动力学模型。采用UV波长扫描技术在200~800nm范围内对光催化过程进行了扫描,结果表明,在异丁基黄药光催化降解过程中产生了过黄药(ROCS2O^-)的中间产物,而在正丁基黄药的光催化降解过程中则没有产生中间产物。

Abstract:The photocatalytic degradation behaviors of n-butyl xanthate and iso-butyl xanthate in TiO_2 suspension has been studied in this paper. Research results showed that iso-butyl xanthate was easy to be degraded as compared with n-butyl xanthate. The addtion of TiO_2, pH value of solution, reaction time and xanthate concentration can influence the photocatalytic degradation of xanthate. Kinetic researches indicated that the process of n-butyl and iso-butyl xanthate both obeyed the first-order kinetic model. UV wavelength scan from 200-800 nm has been carried out in the process of photocatalytic degradation of xanthate. Results showed that mediate product(perxanthate) appeared in the process of iso-butyl xanthate degradation, while nothing for n-butyl xanthate.
