提高充气中空玻璃初始浓度的因素探讨

摘    要:充气中空玻璃初始浓度的偏低主要原因是由充气过程中产生的紊流造成的。但是,绝大多数惰性气体充气设备和某些检测手段,不能判断充气过程是否出现过紊流。充气中空玻璃内的气体扩散完成之前,空腔内的气体浓度分布是不均匀的。在气体扩散后所测量到的浓度,才是充气中空玻璃的真实的初始浓度,只有知道中空玻璃的初始浓度,才能对实际充气水平有一个正确判断。

Abstract:The main reason of inflatable insulating glass low initial concentration is caused by the turbulence in the process.But most inert gases aeration equipment and some detection means,could not determine whether charging process appeared turbulence.The gas concentration distribution in the cavity is uneven before the insulating glass gas diffusion completion.After gas diffusion,the measurement of the concentration is the true inflatable insulating glass,only when known the initial concentration of the insulati...
