摘    要:玻璃行业是能源消耗大户,熔窑、锡槽、退火窑是三大热工设备,特别是玻璃熔窑耗能更是占生产总能耗的90%以上。因此每项针对玻璃熔窑的节能技改项目对行业提高能源效率、降低能源消耗都具有重要意义。中国建材洛阳浮法玻璃集团作为中国浮法玻璃工业的开创者,近年来针对行业能源消耗持续进行节能实践和探索,加快节能技术的开发、示范和推广。
