提高玉米浸泡液中植酸钙得率的提取工艺

摘    要:以玉米淀粉厂浸泡液为原料提取植酸钙,研究了中和剂和pH值对植酸钙得率和纯度的影响.玉米浸泡液中钙含量偏低,中和剂应采用含钙的石灰乳.但石灰乳中和易出现终点假象,影响植酸钙的纯度和产率.实验结果表明,采用含钙的复合中和剂,可以有效的提高植酸钙的得率和纯度.

Abstract:The influence of the neutralizer and pH on the yield and purity of phytin was studied.Since the calcium content in corn immersion water is rather too,lime water containing calcium should be used as neutralizing agent,but this is liable to cause and distortion to such an extent as to have effect on purity and yield of phytin.The studies showed that mixed-neutralizer is better than conventional one.
