基于压电传感的斜拉索动力特性在线监测

摘    要:斜拉索是斜拉桥的主要受力构件,容易出现在外界扰动作用下的受激振动和参数自激振动。因此,斜拉索动力特性的在线监测是重要且有意义的。文章在综述斜拉索动力特性监测现状的基础上提出基于压电传感的斜拉索振动监测的应变监测理论,建立了用聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)压电薄膜作为传感器检测斜拉索振动的测量模型,为验证该模型建立了模拟试验装置,在实验室进行了模拟实验研究。理论与实验研究结果表明,提出的方法能用斜拉索能力特性的在线适时测量,而且结构简单,成本低。

Abstract:Stayed-cables are the main load-bearing components ofcable-stayed bridges,and easy to be induced vibrations under external disturbances and/or by self-parametric excitation.The vibration of the stayed-cables of cable-stayed bridges would induce cracks near the anchor,from which the corrosion problem would not be avoided,and even the fatigue break.Therefore,the dynamic response monitoring of stayed-cables,from which we can determine whether the stayed-cables are in order or not,is very important and necessary.In this paper,the state-of-the-art of the dynamic response monitoring methods for the stayed-cables of cable-stayed bridges is revicwed,and the strain monitoring theory for dynamic response of stayed-cables utilizing smart material Polyvinylidene Fluoride(PVDF)piezoelectric films as sensors is proposed,and the model for monitoring stayed-cables’ dynamic response with PVDF piezoelectric films is derived.The stimulated experiment setup is erected in order to validate the monitoring method proposed in this paper.Also the experimental research in the laboratory is done.Both the theoretical and experimental study results show that the method presented in this paper can be used to in-situ monitor the dynamic responses of the stayed-cables of cable-stayed bridges,and the monitoring system is simple and cheap.
