摘    要:面向电力扰动数据分析提出了一种暂态电力扰动检测方法。针对IEC推荐的暂态电能质量检测标准中波形对比法的缺陷,将改进型波形对比检测和有效值检测相结合,同时针对电压和电流数据进行检测,对暂态形式的电能质量及非电能质量扰动都具有较高的敏感性。通过应用于现场实测扰动数据表明,该方法能够有效检测出各类暂态电力扰动,较好的解决了检测灵敏度同所需数据量之间的矛盾,能够满足电力扰动数据分析对扰动检测的基本要求。

Abstract:A method to detect transient power disturbance is proposed in this paper for power disturbance data analytics.It combines the improved waveform comparison and RMS method as well as detects both voltage and current data to overcome the defects of waveform comparison method for transient power disturbance detection recommended by IEC.Lots of field power disturbance data is used to verify its effectivity and detect both power quality disturbance and non-power quality disturbance.The proposed method partly relieves the conflict between laborious calculation and detection accuracy and it is qualified to detect transient power disturbance for power disturbance data analytics.
