双级矩阵变换器驱动永磁同步电机的混合非线性控制系统

摘    要:针对传统PWM变换器及PID控制器存在的很多缺点,提出一种基于双级矩阵变换器(TSMC)驱动永磁同步电机(PMSM)的混合非线性控制方案。首先,针对系统易受电网和负载扰动的问题,建立TSMC-PMSM系统整流器端口的受控耗散哈密顿模型(PCHD),证明其严格的无源性,设计TSMC-PMSM系统整流器端口的基于互联与阻尼分配(IDA)的无源性控制(PBC)器,并理论证明该闭环系统的稳定性;另外,针对转速外环PID控制器自我调节能力差的问题,利用自抗扰控制器(ADRC)非线性光滑反馈的特点,设计变积分系数PI-ADR非线性控制器。仿真和样机实验结果都表明,采用混合非线性控制的TSMC-PMSM系统具有良好的网侧性能、很强的抗扰动能力和很好的动、静态性能。

Abstract:Many disadvantages have existed in traditional PWM converter and traditional PID controller. Thus, a hybrid nonlinear control scheme is proposed for permanent magnet synchronous motor driven by two-stage matrix converter. Firstly, since the system is easily affected by the power grid and load disturbance, the port controlled Hamiltonian (PCHD) model is found for the rectifier of two-stage matrix converter (TSMC) permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) system. Its strict passivity is proved, and the passive control (PBC) controller based on the interconnection and damping assignment (IDA) for the rectifier of TSMC-PMSM system is designed. The stability of the closed loop system is proved theoretically. In addition, as the adjustment ability of PID controller in speed ring is poor, taken the advantages of nonlinear smooth feedback in active disturbance rejection controller (ADRC), the PI-ADR nonlinear controller with variable integral coefficient is designed. The simulation and experimental results show that the TSMC-PMSM system with hybrid nonlinear control achieves good network-side performance and strong active disturbance capability, as well as good dynamic and static performance.
