摘    要:硫化氢是普遍存在于煤气、天然气和化学原料的合成气等中的有害物质之一,它不仅影响后续加工过程,而且会造成环境污染。对可再生溶剂吸收脱硫、固定床吸收脱硫、膜分离方法脱硫、直接转化为硫脱硫和生物脱硫等五个方面,对脱硫方法的研究进展进行了简述。然后,对物理场脱硫进行了评述,分析了物理场在工业脱硫中的可行性和发展方向,指出将物理场脱硫与传统工艺结合,具有较为广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Hydrogen sulfide is one of the harmful gases which extensively exist in coal gas,natural gas and synthetic gas of chemical raw materials.It not only has negative effect on the subsequent process,but also causes environmental pollution.In this paper,the progress of the studies on methods to remove hydrogen sulfide is simply reviewed in five aspects,i.e.,removal of hydrogen sulfide through absorption of the renewable solvents,adsorption of fixed bed,gas separation membranes,conversion of hydrogen sulfide to sulfur,and biological methods.Then,focus on the removal of hydrogen sulfide by the physical fields.The possibility of application of physical fields in the industrial removal of hydrogen sulfide and its developing trend are analyzed,and it is possessed of a wide application perspective to combine the physical fields with the traditional removal techniques.
