两段提升管催化裂化装置动态模拟与稳定性分析

摘    要: 通过机理分析的方法建立了两段提升管催化裂化装置提升管反应-再生系统的动态数学模型,采用动态流程模拟软件gPROMS对所建立的模型进行了动态模拟。将动态机理模型线性化,得到该模型在不同操作点上的线性状态空间模型特征值,以此进行稳定性分析。结果表明,在反应温度控制开环的条件下,所研究的两段提升管催化裂化装置提升管反应-再生系统在正常的操作点是不稳定的,必须对两段提升管的出口温度进行控制以保证正常操作点的稳定操作。

Abstract:Through mechanism analysis the dynamic model was developed for two-stage riser FCCU reactor-regenerator system.The dynamic process simulation software gPROMS was utilized to perform its simulation.By linearizing the dynamic model at different operating point,the different latent roots of the linear state space model were obtained to analyze the system stability at different operating points.The simulation and stability analysis showed that if two reactor temperatures weren't controlled,the two-stage riser FCCU reactor-regenerator system would be unstable at normal operating points,so the reactor temperatures should be controlled to ensure the steady operation at normal operating points.
