硝基苯电解还原制备对氨基苯酚过程优化研究

摘    要:研究了固定床电化学反应器内硝基苯电解还原制备对氨基苯酚的过程特性。实验测定了反应速率、选择性及电流效率。实验结果与模型计算结果吻合较好。该反应在优化操作条件下的摩尔选择性≥80%,电流效率≥75%,反应器表现电流密度≥1500A/m ̄2。

Abstract:he characteristics of P-aminophenol preparation via reduction reaction of nitrobezene in a fixedbed reactor by electrical chemistry are studied.The reaction rate,selectivity and current efficiency aremeasured by exporiment.The experimental results are in better agreement with those calculated bymodel.The above process is operated at optimized operation conditions with a selectivity of more than80%,current efficiency of more than 75%and the observed current density of more than 1500A/m ̄2。
